Sorry it has been a while since my last posting, but I have been so busy preparing for Magnet Mania and the current recruitment season I completely lost track of my blog. Now that things have gotten underway I wanted to share some insight as to how things have been going.
I cannot begin to tell you how exciting it has been to see all the future Lions walking my halls. Parents and students that have been touring the school have been just fantastic. I am so proud to be the school’s mascot at times like these when I hear nothing but glowing compliments on every aspect of my school. I have heard parents talk about how beautiful the building is, and have heard students going on and on about how cool it would be to go to school at Julia Landon. So far the look and feel of our prospective students is outstanding and I for one cannot wait to have you join us.
Additionally, I just wanted to make a few reminders for our current Julia Landon parents:
Report Cards are going home on February 1st.
Early Release on February 3rd.
FCAT Writes the week of February 8th – February 12th.
